Refunds & Cancellations

The complete reading is a digital product, delivered and downloadable the moment payment succeeds. Because it cannot be returned once opened, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

No-refund policy

Before you pay, you see the free portion of your reading, the exact price, and what the complete reading contains. Once payment succeeds, the full reading and its PDF are unlocked instantly and permanently — at that point the product has been delivered in full, and the purchase cannot be reversed. Please decide using the free preview.

The two exceptions — always refunded

These are not "refund requests"; they are our mistakes, and they are made good without argument:

1. You paid and nothing unlocked. Write to success@FaceShastra.com with the approximate time of payment — we will either open your reading or return the full amount, whichever you prefer. A payment that produced nothing is always refunded.

2. You were charged twice for the same reading. The duplicate charge is refunded in full to the original payment method.

Refunds under these exceptions are issued through Razorpay and typically reach your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations

The reading is a single digital purchase delivered instantly — there is no subscription, no recurring charge, and therefore nothing to cancel. You will never be charged a second time.

Delivery

This is a digital product. The complete reading unlocks on screen immediately after successful payment, and the PDF is available for download at once. Nothing is physically shipped.
